If you sprayed a rice crispy treat with chocolate, and added a pinch of happiness, that is what you'd be experiencing when you tear into one of these bars. Crunchy like the berry variety.

This is another delicious and healthy organic gluten-free snack bar from EnviroKidz. Again, part of the proceeds from sales of this snack bar go to wildlife conservation, which I think is pretty awesome. The texture and general consistency of this bar is just like EnviroKidz's Berry Crispy Rice Bar, like a light rice crispy treat. The difference is that this bar has a mild chocolate flavor. The chocolate coating is pretty thin, so it doesn't make the bar sticky, which is nice. This is a very tasty and enjoyable gluten-free snack!
