When you are gluten-free, it can be hard to "grab a quick breakfast" or "grab a snack" when you are on the go. Most quick breakfast foods and almost all snack foods seem to have gluten in them. And those that don't aren't always healthy or tasty. So I decided it would be a good idea to find some healthy gluten-free cereal bars to carry with me when emergency hunger strikes! This is the first bar I have tried. It's organic, gluten-free, and part of the proceeds go to wildlife conservation, so that sounds like a win to me! And, to make them an even bigger win, they taste good too. They are like a light rice crispy treat, flavored with real berries. Not too sweet and not too sticky. I like them a lot.
