A and I shared this big lemon cookie, and it was so yummy I wished I had a whole one of my own! It was a bit more cake-like than cookie (thick and soft) but the lemon flavor was really satisfying. It was also nice to know that the cookie had all natural ingredients and was sweetened only by fruit juice. It had no gluten, no eggs, no dairy, and no refined sugar - so almost anyone should be able to enjoy this tasty cookie!

Dense and they have a very bold lemon flavor. Roughly the same texture and feel as pound cake. Tasty tasty.
