Spicy and very satisfying. I really liked the texture of the rice noodles. It was a nice change from the usual ramen texture.

This "cup of soup" was a little bit spicy and actually pretty satisfying. It came with a little package of red oil, so you could always add less if you wanted it to be less spicy. I really enjoyed this as a quick, gluten-free lunch.
