It's like a tea party in my mouth. The blueberry variety was the sweetest of the offerings but it is still not so sweet to make you think you are eating dessert. Think of them as being sort of close to flavored Lorna Doone cookies. I could keep eating but I ran out of tea.

Of the three BIS-COT-TEA flavors we have tried, this one is my favorite! This shortbread tastes just like eating a blueberry in cookie-form! It is also buttery and crunchy, just the way shortbread should be. In my opinion a perfect sweet snack.

  1. last night I made pioneer woman's peanut butter pie with oreo cookie crust, subbing gluten free oreos for the girl in my office with Celiac's. No one could tell the difference - a GREAT gluten-free recipe!

  3. All I did was swap the regular Oreo's for gluten-free!
Literally, you crush the cookies in your cuisinart (my favorite kitchen invention of ALL TIME), add some melted butter, form into a pie crust and blind bake the crust for ~5 minutes. The filling is 1c peanut butter, 8oz thawed cool whip, 8oz cream cheese, 1 1/4c powdered sugar. EPIC DELICIOUSNESS. It was so popular at work, my friend Shatomi said I should submit it to the School of Public Health Dessert Contest.
