Dense like the lemon cookie. Chewy like pound cake. You'll want to have milk with this, but it is a nice sweet treat.

This chocolate cookie was pretty dry and cakey, sort of like a brownie that was not quite right. The flavor was actually quite nice, but there was something about the texture I didn't like. It felt sort of like powder in my mouth, though the good chocolate flavor makes up for that a little bit. Certainly not the worst gluten-free snack I've ever had, but not among the best either.
