This gluten-free crispy battered halibut is also nut free, soy free, milk free, and egg free, but you wouldn't guess that from the way it tastes! I thought that the final product out of the oven was a little more yellow than you usually expect fried fish to be - it didn't brown very much - but nevertheless the taste is amazing. The batter has a good flavor and is crispy after only 14 minutes in the oven. The halibut was flaky and tender. This fish was super tasty with a little bit of tarter sauce, and I doubt anyone would know it was gluten-free unless you told them!

Totally awesome! Juicy, tender fish with a very light flavor. The breading was also light, allowing the subtle flavor of the fish to come through. Very, very tasty.

Win, win, win! This fish is lightly breaded so that it's crispy when it's baked. It has a nice, mild taste and really nice flakes of fish.
