This bread tastes good but it is very crumbly and difficult to get out of the packaging intact. Provided you get a whole piece, it is a hefty, dense bread with good flavor. Nice when toasted

I think this bread is a little bit too crumbly. In the process of trying to get full slices for toast, we ended up with quite a few crumbled slices, which isn't great since gluten-free bread is a bit costly. However, once a slice of this bread is separated from the loaf and toasted, it makes for a very pleasing gluten-free bread. The texture was a little bit more dense than regular bread, but the flavor was satisfying. I especially enjoyed the toast with cream cheese.

i have heard from other people they defrost their breads when they buy them...then take the pieces out and put wax paper in between. this allows you to reach in and pull out one or two without the hassle. might be worth the trouble though i havent tried it.

This is the worst bread ever! Heavy, gooey, and the slices break apart before you can even get them out of the bag. I can hardly bring myself to eat it, but don't want to waste any as it was expensive. :(
