I am in love with this quinoa pasta. It is honestly some of the best pasta I have ever had - gluten or no gluten. It's extremely flavorful and the texture is always great. I have to admit that the linguine did break a bit after it was cooked, so they weren't always super-long strands. But it tasted great!

The only difference between this and other Ancient Harvest quinoa pasta is the shape. The flavor and texture are still better than wheat pasta (for me anyway).
