Zolo Grill has a large GF menu, including breaded items. We had breaded tilapia tacos and buffalo steak with a chipotle caesar salad topped with polenta croutons. Let me say that again: polenta croutons. Brilliant. The staff was also very helpful and they do take-out orders as well.

A brought home takeout from Zolo Grill one evening and it was amazing! We started with a chipotle caesar salad topped with croutons made out of polenta. I think it was the first time I've had crutons on a salad since I became gluten-free and I really enjoye the added crunch! What a brilliant idea to make crutons out of polenta! (We also tried this at home and it turned out to be really easy! Just bake or broil seasoned polenta in the oven!) We also shared breaded tilapia tacos with corn tortillas and rice and beans. I didn't think the rice or beans were anything special, but the breaded fish was so tasty that I ate most of it with nothing more than sauce. We also had buffalo strip steak with wilted greens that was amazing. The takeout was so good that I'm really looking forward to visiting Zolo Grill to try some of their other gluten-free offerings.
